LACAMA Alliance District 2
Colleagues Connect---21 Medical Specialties! Sweetheart event with doctor spouses received rave reviews! 5-piece physician band was great. Famed surgeon and president-elect W. Neurosurgical Society, Dr.Wm Caton III, at the microphone, praised efforts of Halaine Rose and Cathy Caton; he emphasized importance of D2 alliance work.
Dr.Adatia greeted us on behalf of LACMA D2. Halaine thanked her Team: Hollis, Joanne, Jan, Mireya, Marilyn, Liz, Nancy. We may 'adopt' Karen O'Connell, who with M.Henderson, assured excellent silent auction for Young & Healthy (which arranged 1200 children to receive medical care in '07 from volunteer physicians, and DDS dental care). Planners hoped for turnout like Harvest Moon Party, Oct '06--boosting Alli revival after hibenation.
